डॉ. राठी ने विशेष रूप से उन छात्रों का मार्गदर्शन किया जो हेमवती नंदन बहुगुणा केंद्रीय गढ़वाल विश्वविद्यालय, श्रीनगर या इससे संबद्ध अन्य संस्थानों में स्नातक स्तर के पाठ्यक्रमों में प्रवेश लेना चाहते हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि इन विश्वविद्यालयों में प्रवेश के लिए कॉमन यूनिवर्सिटी एंट्रेंस टेस्ट (CUET-UG) 2025 देना अनिवार्य होगा। इस परीक्षा के माध्यम से छात्र विभिन्न स्नातक पाठ्यक्रमों में प्रवेश के लिए पात्रता प्राप्त कर सकेंगे।

Dr. Rathi especially guided those students who want to take admission in undergraduate level courses in Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna Central Garhwal University, Srinagar or other institutions affiliated to it. He informed that it will be mandatory to take the Common University Entrance Test (CUET-UG) 2025 for admission in these universities.
